You build trusted relationships with schools, school authorities, and pilot partners. You explain grAIder clearly, collect structured market feedback, and develop repeatable sales workflows for the education sector.
What you will do
- Lead first conversations with schools, school authorities, and multipliers.
- Prepare, support, and follow up on pilot projects with care.
- Address questions about data protection, control, and AI use in clear language.
What you bring
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally in education, GovTech, or SaaS.
- Precise communication in German and a good feel for long decision cycles.
- Motivation to build an early sales channel in a structured way.
Data protection · Full-time
Data Protection & Security Lead
You make data protection and information security a reliable part of the product. Your focus is on auditable processes, understandable documentation, and technical guardrails for sensitive school and grading data.
What you will do
- Prepare data protection impact assessments, processing documentation, and security evidence.
- Guide product decisions around data minimization, access, deletion, and logging.
- Answer questions from schools and school authorities clearly and accurately.

- Strong practical knowledge of GDPR, data processing agreements, and technical safeguards.
- Understanding of cloud, web, and AI systems without unnecessary compliance theory.

Software Engineer, Django & AI Workflows
You develop robust product flows for upload, OCR, draft grading, and review. The focus is clear Django architecture, reliable asynchronous processing, and UI that guides teachers safely through sensitive decisions.
What you will do
- Develop Django, HTMX, and Celery flows for document processing and review.
- Integrate OCR and LLM systems in a testable, observable, and fault-tolerant way.
- Protect product quality with focused tests, clear data models, and simple UI states.
What you bring
- Strong experience with Python, Django, and relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with background jobs, file workflows, or AI/OCR integrations.
- Product thinking, careful tests, and respect for simple, maintainable solutions.
